lemonpoppyseedladyhusband: There has been a lot of discussion recently about the song, “Baby, it’s Cold Outside” as perhaps the “rapiest” of all holiday songs. I’ve been thinking about this a lot and would argue that the song itself is not inherently “rapey” but rather emblematic of the problem with rape culture as a whole….
